About the role
Ciandt is seeking a technical lead to manage and improve delivery routing systems built on NVIDIA cuOpt and Azure. You will focus on GPU-accelerated infrastructure to solve high-volume logistics problems for enterprise clients.

What you'll do
- Design and deploy routing and optimization solutions using NVIDIA cuOpt.
- Build and maintain GPU-accelerated services within the Microsoft Azure ecosystem.
- Optimize GPU performance by managing compute, memory, and parallelization resources.
- Create resilient Azure architectures that handle large-scale optimization tasks.
- Set up monitoring, benchmarking, and capacity planning for GPU-based workloads.
- Work with Data Science and Engineering teams to move routing solutions into production.
- Resolve infrastructure and scalability issues in live environments.
- Establish standards for cloud-native deployment and cost-effective scaling.
- Mentor team members on CUDA, high-performance computing, and Azure infrastructure.
Requirements
- Proven experience implementing routing optimization solutions with NVIDIA cuOpt.
- Proficiency in GPU computing, specifically CUDA and performance tuning.
- Ability to architect and deploy solutions on Microsoft Azure.
- Experience designing scalable and resilient system architectures.
- Knowledge of DevOps practices including CI/CD, infrastructure automation, and configuration management.
- Advanced English proficiency for daily conversation.
