About the role

Ciandt is looking for a senior developer to join a multicultural team in Brazil. You will focus on modern software engineering by integrating AI tools into the development lifecycle to build and maintain complex enterprise applications.

What you'll do

• Review, validate, and refine code generated by artificial intelligence tools.
• Build and orchestrate AI agents to automate development tasks and speed up delivery.
• Design AI-driven workflows that prioritize code security, maintainability, and quality.
• Develop backend services using C# and .NET 8.
• Create frontend interfaces using Angular 19.
• Implement observability practices to monitor logs, metrics, and tracing.

Requirements

• Senior-level experience in fullstack development.
• Practical knowledge of AI coding tools like GitHub Copilot, OpenAI APIs, or Anthropic.
• Proficiency in C# and .NET 8 for building RESTful APIs.
• Experience with Angular 19 and API integration.
• Ability to apply SOLID and KISS principles alongside standard design patterns like Factory, Strategy, and Builder.
• Experience with unit and integration testing.
• Proficiency with relational databases such as SQL Server or PostgreSQL.
• Knowledge of Docker and docker-compose.
• Experience with distributed systems and message brokers like Kafka, RabbitMQ, or Service Bus.
• Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.

Nice to have

• Experience building autonomous or semi-autonomous software development agents.
• Background in AI-assisted pipelines for automated refactoring and testing.
• Skills in prompt engineering and evaluating the output quality of AI models.
