Key facts

What you'll do

• Develop and maintain DBT models for diverse analytical needs.
• Construct reusable data elements like facts, dimensions, and marts for consumption by analytics teams.
• Support the creation of cross-domain data products, including churn prediction, customer lifetime value, segmentation, and customer intelligence.
• Implement dbt tests, source freshness checks, and reconciliation logic.
• Convert business requirements into effective data models and metric logic.
• Assist with data quality checks and model validation processes.
• Document model definitions, business rules, assumptions, and data lineage.
• Collaborate with analytics and domain teams to ensure datasets are suitable for reporting and decision-making.

Requirements

• Significant practical experience with DBT.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and Snowflake.
• Experience in building facts, dimensions, marts, and data models ready for analytics.
• Deep understanding of data modeling principles and metric design.
• Experience implementing dbt tests, source freshness checks, and data quality validations.
• Ability to translate business needs into trustworthy data models.
• Experience working with analysts, product teams, and business stakeholders.
• Good documentation skills for model logic, metric definitions, and lineage.
• Experience working within modern data stack environments.
