About the role

Ciandt is seeking an organized professional to manage administrative workflows and support team operations. You will handle onboarding and offboarding procedures while ensuring system access and resource distribution meet established service level agreements.

• Execute onboarding and offboarding tasks for new and departing staff.
• Manage system access requests and resource provisioning according to contractual standards.
• Monitor progress on administrative demands through consistent follow-ups with relevant departments.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation to support operational efficiency.
• Identify automation opportunities and implement administrative solutions that incorporate artificial intelligence to improve team performance.
• Support the company strategy regarding AI implementation and process optimization.

Requirements

• Previous experience in administrative support or process management roles.
• Degree in Administration, Technology, or a related field.
• Proficiency in GSuite and Microsoft Office tools.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
• High attention to detail and organizational capabilities.
