About the role
Checkr creates data platforms for fair and secure decision-making, serving over 140,000 companies including Airbnb, Uber, and Anthropic. This position manages strategic partnerships with courts and external vendors to optimize supply chain operations and business performance. You will act as a primary point of contact for external partners while aligning their output with internal operational goals.
Key facts
What you'll do
- Manage and grow strategic relationships with court systems and external vendors.
- Negotiate contracts alongside Strategy and Procurement teams while conducting audits to ensure performance standards are met.
- Utilize data to track vendor performance, provide feedback, and enforce accountability.
- Organize and lead Quarterly Business Reviews to connect vendor results with corporate objectives.
- Coordinate incident response strategies to manage external risks and improve organizational resilience.
- Partner with Product and Engineering teams to integrate vendor insights into research and development projects.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve operational efficiency within the supply chain.
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in supply chain, vendor management, or a comparable role.
- Background in the technology or background check industry.
- Proficiency in contract management, negotiation, and data analysis.
- Understanding of regulatory and legal requirements regarding procurement.
- Ability to manage complex projects and work across multiple internal teams.

- Salary range for Denver, CO: $96,000 to $113,000 USD.
- Salary range for Nashville, TN: $88,000 to $103,000 USD.
