What you'll do

• Act as the lead finance partner for Sales, Account Management, and Customer Success leadership.
• Design and implement AI-based workflows and automated intelligence systems for financial operations.
• Evaluate strategic priorities to identify and advocate for high-ROI initiatives.
• Provide data-backed recommendations regarding product experiments and go-to-market tactics.
• Develop frameworks to measure sales productivity and efficiency.
• Manage significant portions of the annual and long-range planning cycles.
• Mentor and develop a high-performing analyst.

Requirements

• 8+ years of progressive professional experience, with at least 4 years focused on sales coverage.
• Expert-level financial modeling skills.
• Proven ability to influence business outcomes through strategic analysis.
• Experience building AI-powered models, workflows, or automated analyses.
• Strong executive presence and communication skills.
• Experience with SQL, Salesforce, and BI tools such as Omni.
• Background in management consulting, investment banking, or private equity is preferred.
