What you'll do
Consistently meet revenue and pipeline goals by employing modern sales methodologies for lead generation, deal management, and closing.
Develop and execute targeted outreach campaigns to build awareness for Truework's offerings, collaborating with marketing and partner teams.
Work closely with internal teams to support pre-sales activities and client implementation, ensuring account objectives are met.
Utilize market intelligence, data analytics, and case studies to formulate territory plans and account-specific strategies.
Understand the operational needs of lenders and identify how verification services can provide significant value.
Maintain in-depth knowledge of our product suite, effectively communicating the benefits of new features.
Masterfully engage with various stakeholders within client organizations, building relationships with key decision-makers and influencers.
Deeply research each prospect's strategic objectives, technology infrastructure, internal challenges, and competitive environment.
Stay informed about industry trends and their impact on potential clients by reviewing public company information and competitor news.
Quantify the return on investment and business impact of our solutions for lenders.
Act as a conduit between market trends and client needs, providing valuable feedback to product and executive teams.
Demonstrate resilience, a willingness to experiment, and the ability to adapt to obstacles.
Requirements
A minimum of 5 years of experience in full-cycle sales, with a focus on selling technology solutions that drive significant change.
Proven track record of acquiring new business accounts and generating pipeline through contemporary marketing approaches.
Experience in closing deals with Executive Vice Presidents, Chief Executive Officers, and end-users within the same sales cycle, both independently and as part of a team.
A demonstrated ability to navigate complex organizational structures and maintain relationships across all levels.
Familiarity with established sales frameworks such as MEDDPICC, Command of the Message, Challenger, or Power Selling.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and present compelling business cases to executives.
Proficiency in managing and completing multiple internal and external priorities in a dynamic setting.
Possess strong self-motivation, organization, discipline, curiosity, attention to detail, and a process-oriented mindset with a sense of ownership.
Exhibit a continuous learning attitude, actively seeking feedback and opportunities for growth.
Demonstrate a collaborative, team-first approach, supporting colleagues and expecting the same in return.
