What you'll do
- Achieve revenue and pipeline targets consistently by leveraging contemporary sales techniques for lead generation, deal management, and closing processes.
- Design and implement focused outreach initiatives to enhance awareness of Truework's services, collaborating closely with marketing and partnership teams.
- Partner with internal departments to facilitate pre-sales efforts and client onboarding, ensuring that account goals are successfully met.
- Employ market insights, data analysis, and case studies to develop territory plans and tailored strategies for specific accounts.
- Gain a comprehensive understanding of lenders' operational requirements and pinpoint how our verification services can deliver substantial value.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of our product offerings, effectively conveying the advantages of new features to clients.
- Build and nurture relationships with various stakeholders within client organizations, engaging with key decision-makers and influencers.
- Conduct in-depth research on each prospect's strategic goals, technological frameworks, internal challenges, and competitive landscape.
- Stay updated on industry trends and their implications for potential clients by reviewing public company information and competitor developments.
- Quantify the return on investment and overall business impact of our solutions for lending institutions.
- Act as a bridge between market dynamics and client needs, providing insightful feedback to product and executive teams.
- Exhibit resilience, a readiness to experiment, and adaptability in overcoming challenges.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in full-cycle sales, particularly in selling technology solutions that drive transformative change.
- A proven history of acquiring new business accounts and generating sales pipelines through innovative marketing strategies.
- Experience in closing deals with high-level executives, including Executive Vice Presidents and Chief Executive Officers, both independently and collaboratively.
- Demonstrated capability to navigate complex organizational hierarchies and maintain relationships across various levels.
- Familiarity with established sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC, Command of the Message, Challenger, or Power Selling.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to clearly articulate complex ideas and present persuasive business cases to executives.
- Proficient in managing and prioritizing multiple internal and external tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong self-motivation, organization, discipline, curiosity, attention to detail, and a process-oriented mindset with a sense of ownership.

For candidates based in San Francisco, CA, the expected on-target earnings range from $298,642 to $351,343 USD. For those working remotely within the United States, the on-target earnings range is between $229,724 and $351,343 USD.
