About the role
You will serve as the analytical engine behind Checkr's post-sales organization, enabling Customer Success and Account Management teams to retain and expand customer relationships. The position blends reporting, forecasting, segmentation, and process design with hands-on AI automation to replace manual tasks and deliver self-service tools. Your work will directly influence net revenue retention and expansion outcomes.
Key facts
What you'll do
- Create and deploy AI-driven automations using Claude, Athean, and Lovable for recurring reports, account summaries, and analysis
- Collaborate with RevOps Technologies, Customer Marketing, and Account Management to design signal-based automation and agentic upsell campaigns tied to sales processes
- Uphold data quality and process standards in Salesforce across all post-sales objects
- Work with Sales Ops, Analytics, and RevOps Technologies to connect data sources and produce ad hoc analyses that shape the post-sales operating rhythm
- Construct and manage book segmentation, capacity models, and account assignments for Customer Success and Account Management
- Own renewal and expansion forecasting, and prepare QBRs and business reviews
Requirements
- 3+ years in revenue operations, sales operations, business operations, or analytics, preferably supporting post-sales or customer-facing teams
- Solid SQL and spreadsheet modeling abilities along with hands-on experience in a BI tool such as Looker, Tableau, or Omni
- Proven track record using AI tools to automate workflows, build operational tooling, or speed up analysis
- Working knowledge of Salesforce including reports, dashboards, and post-sales objects
- Clear communicator with a bias for action who translates data into recommendations for GTM leaders
- Ownership mindset with urgency, resilience through ambiguity, and commitment to raising the bar

Practical notes
- Base or OTE range in San Francisco, CA: $119,000 to $140,000 USD
- Base or OTE range in Denver, CO: $101,000 to $119,000 USD
