About the role
Checkr is seeking a Revenue Operations Manager to serve as the analytical and operational lead for our Customer Success and Account Management departments. You will build the infrastructure for forecasting, territory planning, and performance reporting to help our teams hit their expansion and retention goals.

What you'll do
- Develop and manage account assignment, territory, and book models for post-sales teams to optimize capacity and growth.
- Partner with finance and leadership to establish quota-setting processes and align organizational targets.
- Manage the expansion and renewal forecasting lifecycle to provide accurate reporting for business reviews.
- Act as a primary operating partner for CS and AM leadership to define metrics and scale workflows.
- Coordinate across Finance, Analytics, Sales Ops, Marketing, and Support to streamline the customer journey.
- Create executive-level materials and board updates that summarize post-sales performance.
- Apply AI tools to identify upsell opportunities and proactive churn signals.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in business, sales, or revenue operations, with specific focus on account management or customer success.
- Proven track record of managing forecasting, quota setting, and territory design.
- High level of proficiency in Salesforce and BI tools such as Omni, Tableau, or Looker.
- Ability to manage complex cross-functional projects from initial scope to completion.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to turn data into actionable narratives for senior leadership.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a bias for independent action.

Practical notes
- Salary range: $161,000 to $189,000 USD per year.
