Revenue Finance & Strategy Senior Manager at Checkr
About the role
Checkr seeks a quantitative finance leader to guide revenue planning, forecasting, and performance reporting. You will analyze historical patterns, assess macroeconomic factors, and apply AI-driven forecast models alongside product, data, and go-to-market teams. This position directly supports the company's revenue and gross margin objectives while preparing scalable processes for public company standards.
Key facts
What you'll do
- Own short-term and long-range revenue forecasts across all products and customer segments in partnership with product, data, and GTM teams
- Establish and track KPIs, integrating internal and external data to improve forecast precision over time
- Create and maintain revenue reporting and analytics that surface risks, opportunities, and key business drivers for leadership and the Board
- Perform detailed analyses that inform decisions aimed at improving business performance against long-term targets
- Identify strategic growth opportunities and operational efficiencies, then lead workstreams to execute on those initiatives
- Design repeatable revenue planning workflows for budgeting, forecasting, and reporting that meet public company readiness standards
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in finance or data analytics
- Strong financial modeling and quantitative analysis skills with comfort tackling complex, unstructured problems
- Background in high-growth environments, ideally with transaction-based business models
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, including experience presenting complex financial information to VP, SVP, and C-suite stakeholders
- Track record of cross-functional collaboration and influencing senior business partners
