Senior Product Manager, Verifications

About the role

You will lead the strategy and roadmap for Drug and Occupational Health testing services within our verification platform. This role focuses on improving the speed and accuracy of background checks while minimizing friction for candidates and ensuring compliance for our clients.

Key facts

What you'll do

• Define the product roadmap and strategy based on data analysis, customer discovery, and market trends.
• Set and track OKRs, focusing on metrics such as attach rates, conversion rates, and RPR.
• Author detailed product requirements and specifications independently.
• Collaborate with engineering to navigate technical trade-offs and system constraints.
• Partner with Finance and GTM teams to establish pricing and packaging models.
• Lead go-to-market efforts, including rollout sequencing and stakeholder enablement.
• Represent the voice of the customer in technical design and product discussions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product management with a history of autonomous roadmap ownership.
• Proficiency in data analytics and interpreting key performance metrics.
• Ability to write clear PRDs and technical specifications without supervision.
• Experience managing cross-functional alignment across GTM, Operations, and Finance.
• Strong customer discovery skills and the ability to translate insights into product hypotheses.
• Bachelor degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred.
