Partner Marketing Team Lead

About the role

Checkr is seeking a leader to direct our partner marketing strategy and execution. You will manage a team focused on driving revenue growth through collaborative programs with our ecosystem partners.

What you'll do

• Define the overarching partner marketing strategy, including resource allocation and partner prioritization.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of partner marketers to meet pipeline and revenue goals.
• Oversee the execution of joint campaigns across channels such as webinars, email, paid social, events, and in-product activations.
• Take ownership of performance metrics and provide data-driven recommendations to leadership.
• Pilot new initiatives, including the integration of AI tools, to improve program planning and results.
• Collaborate with internal sales and marketing teams, as well as external partners, to align on go-to-market strategies.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in partner marketing within the B2B SaaS industry.
• Demonstrated history of managing people and building successful partner marketing functions.
• Deep understanding of the partner-led customer journey.
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently while maintaining strategic focus.
• Experience utilizing AI to enhance marketing strategy and program efficiency.
• Proficiency with digital marketing and go-to-market tools.
• Strong cross-functional leadership skills and a results-oriented mindset.

Practical notes

• Salary range: $196,000 to $230,000 USD in San Francisco; $166,000 to $195,000 USD in Denver.
