About the role
This role focuses on delivering high-quality support and resolving complex inquiries for our most critical accounts. You will act as a subject matter expert, helping to refine internal processes while ensuring our enterprise clients receive personalized service.
Key facts
What you'll do
- Manage a high volume of customer inquiries across multiple communication channels.
- Provide tailored support and resolve intricate issues within established deadlines.
- Act as the primary point of contact for new onboarding customers, providing reporting and strategic insights.
- Identify operational gaps and suggest improvements to the customer experience.
- Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Implementation, and Escalations teams to address unique account requirements.
- Maintain and update knowledge base documentation and training materials.
- Conduct deep-dive research and data analysis to identify trends and process efficiencies.
- Handle sensitive information with strict confidentiality.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer-facing position.
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate degree preferred).
- Demonstrated ability to solve complex problems and think critically.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with CRM software, support platforms, and chat tools.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail.
- Familiarity with FCRA standards and compliance, or a readiness to learn these regulations.
- A proactive, action-oriented mindset capable of navigating ambiguous situations.
