This role involves delivering high-quality, empathetic support to a diverse customer base across multiple communication channels.

What you'll do
- Provide outstanding customer assistance through phone, email, and chat, maintaining professionalism and clarity.
- Resolve complex technical and procedural problems quickly and accurately, escalating issues when necessary.
- Manage a large volume of incoming inquiries, prioritizing effectively and paying close attention to detail.
- Conduct proactive follow-ups to prevent recurring issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.
- Contribute to knowledge base content and process improvements by identifying common support trends.
- Work with product, operations, and engineering teams to share feedback and enhance the customer experience.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of customer support experience in a high-volume setting, such as a contact center, SaaS company, or startup.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including strong active listening and comprehension.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot software and hardware issues using various tools and platforms.
- High proficiency in multitasking and working across multiple systems simultaneously without sacrificing accuracy.
- Demonstrated resilience, self-management, and a commitment to continuous learning.
- A proactive mindset with a focus on action, urgency, and ownership to achieve significant results.
