About the role
Checkr is seeking a strategic operator to join the Checkr Trust team, a high-growth business unit within the company. You will manage a portfolio of key accounts, focusing on driving product adoption, commercial expansion, and long-term partnership value. This role requires building new processes from the ground up rather than following existing playbooks.

What you'll do
- Serve as the primary post-sale lead for high-visibility enterprise accounts.
- Align with executive stakeholders to define business goals and track ROI.
- Manage the full lifecycle of customer deployments to ensure rapid production usage.
- Identify and execute on expansion opportunities based on customer risk and workflow needs.
- Collaborate with the Sales team to manage renewals and growth motions.
- Build and refine internal playbooks for customer engagement, risk signaling, and account segmentation.
- Translate technical product capabilities into clear financial and operational outcomes for clients.
- Influence the product roadmap by aggregating and reporting structured customer feedback.
Requirements
- 6 to 10+ years of experience in B2B SaaS Customer Success or Strategic Account Management.
- Proven history of managing revenue responsibility, including retention and expansion.
- Experience working within high-growth or startup environments.
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical teams and executive leadership.
- Technical fluency to lead integrations and troubleshoot adoption barriers.
- Bias for action and comfort working in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
Skills & tools
- Proficiency with Salesforce, Zendesk, and Google Apps.
- Experience using BI tools such as Looker and Omni.
- Familiarity with AI-driven workflows using tools like Claude and Lovable.
