Checkr provides an AI-driven verification platform that supports fair and efficient hiring and onboarding decisions for over 140,000 organizations. We are seeking a Customer Success Manager to join our collaborative team and help our clients maximize the value they receive from our products.

What you'll do

• Manage tactical account tasks including data analysis, meeting coordination, issue tracking, and business review preparation.
• Act as the primary advocate for your clients by relaying feedback and issues to internal cross-functional teams.
• Oversee the full lifecycle of customer projects, such as implementations, integrations, expansions, and product enhancements.
• Partner with Account Management to secure renewals and improve overall customer success strategies.
• Proactively identify and implement process improvements, including the use of AI tools to automate administrative workflows.
• Build deep knowledge of your assigned client base to support strategic initiatives.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in customer success, account management, sales, or customer service.
• Proven ability to independently manage a portfolio of accounts and drive renewal results.
• Strong attention to detail for handling high-volume tasks across multiple accounts.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• High aptitude for learning and adopting AI tools for task automation.
• Strong ownership mindset with a bias for action and resilience.

Nice to have

• Experience working within the HR Tech or CRA (Consumer Reporting Agency) industries.

Practical notes

• Compensation: $106,000 to $125,000 USD (San Francisco); $90,000 to $106,000 USD (Denver).
