About the role
Censys is seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager to lead the narrative and go-to-market strategy for our Internet Exposure portfolio. You will translate technical internet intelligence into clear value propositions for security professionals and business leaders. This role focuses on aligning our messaging across sales, marketing, and customer-facing teams to drive market awareness and pipeline growth.

What you'll do
- Define and refine the positioning and messaging for the Internet Exposure portfolio.
- Lead go-to-market strategy and product launches to increase market presence.
- Collaborate with Demand Marketing to convert core narratives into effective campaigns.
- Create sales enablement assets including battlecards, presentations, and talk tracks to increase win rates.
- Act as a subject matter expert by presenting at webinars and events and supporting high-level sales meetings.
- Incorporate feedback from customers and the field to iterate on messaging.
- Ensure consistent storytelling across all customer touchpoints and internal communications.
- Partner with Product, Sales, PR, and Content teams to prioritize messaging for high-impact opportunities.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in product marketing, product management, solutions engineering, or related fields.
- Background in cybersecurity, specifically Exposure Management, Attack Surface Management, or cyber risk.
- Ability to create compelling narratives for complex technical products.
- Experience working with Sales teams and understanding enterprise buying cycles.
- Capability to present to both technical and executive audiences.
- Ability to participate in technical discussions with credibility.
- Understanding of competitive positioning and cybersecurity market dynamics.
- Willingness to learn and sound judgment regarding the application of AI.
Nice to have
- Experience with internet intelligence, internet infrastructure, or external attack surface visibility.
- Familiarity with supplier security, security ratings, or cyber risk intelligence.
- Experience converting product insights into demand generation programs.
- Experience with product-led growth and enterprise go-to-market motions.
- Experience working in a remote-first environment.

Practical notes
Compensation: For high cost of living areas (San Francisco, Seattle, NYC), the salary range is $175,000 to $210,000 USD. For other US locations, the range is $155,000 to $171,000 USD. Both include bonus eligibility and equity. Non-US compensation is based on local market data.
