About the role
Censys provides comprehensive internet intelligence to global organizations. This role focuses on ensuring our strategic clients achieve maximum value from our platform. You will act as a primary technical point of contact, guiding customers through implementation and ongoing use.
Key facts
What you'll do
- Guide customers through the entire lifecycle, from initial setup to full adoption, acting as their main technical resource.
- Address and resolve customer inquiries and technical challenges, escalating critical issues when necessary.
- Proactively identify potential issues affecting customer success and develop plans to resolve them quickly.
- Lead technical aspects of customer implementations, from discovery to go-live.
- Assist customers with integrating Censys into their existing workflows and tools, such as Splunk, Jira, and ServiceNow.
- Translate customer business needs into effective technical solutions using our platform.
- Provide feedback to Product and Engineering teams based on customer interactions and observed trends.
- Mentor other Customer Success Engineers and help refine internal support processes.
Requirements
- A minimum of 4 years in a technical, customer-facing position, preferably in cybersecurity SaaS.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex customer relationships and drive technical results.
- Solid understanding of security tools, cloud environments, and network protocols like SSL/TLS.
- Strong programming skills in Python and experience with REST APIs.
- Ability to influence stakeholders and collaborate effectively across different departments.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
- Comfort working independently in a dynamic, fast-growing company.
- A proactive and resourceful approach to problem-solving with a strong customer focus.

Practical notes
- The annual base salary for this position is between £93,000 and £107,000, with additional bonus and equity.
