Built OneKey Wallet Web3 ecosystem from 0–1, personally leading 80%+ of protocol and service provider integrations across Swap, Bridge, MEV Protection, Gas Sponsorship, DeFi Earn, and DeFi Borrow. Managed Web3 BD team (3+ members) and secured $500K+ ecosystem revenue in Q4 2025 through grants, incentive campaigns, and strategic integrations; successfully obtained $150K grant from Stellar Foundation. Led integrations with 30+ DeFi protocols and infrastructure providers (Morpho, Ethena, Kamino, OKXDEX, Lista, Momentum), building strong relationships with protocols, stablecoin issuers (USD1, USDe, AUSD, etc.), and ecosystem foundations to drive TVL growth and revenue generation. Led ecosystem strategy while managing cross-functional operations including BD, customers support, and global logistics to support scalable product and partnership growth. Built AI-driven automated grants sourcing agent to improve partnership pipeline efficiency, and worked closely with protocol founders, foundation teams, and ecosystem leaders to source and execute strategic ecosystem partnerships.

Built ChainIDE ecosystem from 0–1, establishing partnerships with major blockchain networks including BNB Chain, Polygon, and Conflux to expand developer adoption. Onboarded 30+ ecosystem projects, 70+ mentors, and 10+ developer communities, supporting incubation of 100+ Web3 projects and expanding ChainIDE’s developer network globally. Secured 5 blockchain ecosystem grants（Sui, BSC, etc.）and led multiple hackathons and developer programs in collaboration with ecosystem partners, strengthening protocol-level relationships. Built and scaled ChainIDE’s global developer community and ecosystem channels, reaching 30K+ monthly users and growing ecosystem awareness through technical content and developer engagement.

Developed a cloud-based web monitoring application for TRUMPF China machine tool production line. Cooperated with Siemens China to develop IoT integrated solutions. Adopted Agile Software development mode. Participated in daily stand-up meetings and monthly sprint meetings to synchronize development progress.
