About the role
You will oversee the daily movement of vehicles and manage inventory logistics through various digital platforms. This position involves direct coordination with transport partners and internal teams to ensure shipments arrive on schedule.
Key facts
What you'll do
- Handle approximately 100 dispatch phone calls daily while managing incoming emails and Slack messages.
- Track and coordinate vehicle shipments moving in and out of the network using internal software.
- Address and solve operational hurdles or carrier disputes as they arise.
- Verify delivery data against inventory records and handle administrative tasks like issuing gate passes and vehicle tags.
- Contact carriers to track delayed inventory and ensure cost-effective, safe transport.
- Review transport requests to select the best carriers and negotiate shipping rates.
Requirements
- High School diploma or GED.
- Ability to work on-site in Tempe 5 days a week.
- Professional proficiency in English.
- Demonstrated background in customer support.
- Strong critical thinking and technical aptitude.

Practical notes
Starting pay is $23.50 per hour, with paths to reach $26.50 as a Specialist II and $28.00 as a Senior Specialist. Benefits include 401(k) matching, overtime, fully paid healthcare premiums, dental and vision coverage, wellness programs, and pet care savings. Employees receive 13 days of PTO initially, increasing to 20 days, plus 9 holidays.
