Reconditioning Operations Coordinator

About the role

This position supports daily inventory and operational functions at our Inspection Center. You will serve as a key point of contact for staff engagement, new hire onboarding, and site-wide coordination.

What you'll do

• Manage the new hire process, including I-9 verification, orientation sessions, and initial email setup.
• Oversee site schedules and maintain accurate personnel rosters.
• Develop and distribute communications regarding operational updates and company events.
• Coordinate onsite employee engagement activities and announcements.
• Act as a liaison between leadership, internal stakeholders, and external vendors.
• Provide site access and directions to visiting vendors.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Hold a valid driver license with no more than two moving violations or DUIs within the previous three years.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds independently, with lifting required from various levels.
• Capacity to stand for long periods and perform frequent stretching, walking, reaching, stooping, pushing, and pulling.
• Must be able to work in environments with varying temperatures, noise levels, and potential exposure to vehicle maintenance fumes.
• Willingness to wear required safety gear, such as non-slip shoes, gloves, and masks.
• Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Must pass a background check and drug screening.
