About the role
Carvana is seeking skilled technicians to perform paintless dent repair at our Delanco, New Jersey facility. You will work within our high-tech inspection centers to ensure our inventory meets strict quality standards before reaching customers.
Key facts
What you'll do
- Perform paintless dent repair on steel and aluminum vehicle panels
- Execute advanced glue-pulling methods
- Repair creases, body lines, and large-sized dents
- Address hail damage on vehicle surfaces
- Work in a production environment with potential exposure to varied weather conditions
- Use required safety gear including goggles, face shields, gloves, and non-slip footwear
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of professional automotive PDR experience
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Valid driver license
- Ability to lift up to 60 pounds independently
- Proficiency in English (reading, writing, and speaking)
- Willingness to work mandatory overtime as business needs dictate
- Must pass a background check
