This position oversees the daily functions of the parts department, ensuring the facility meets all OEM requirements and operational goals. You will guide a team of advisors to improve service speed, profitability, and overall customer satisfaction.

• Enforce safety protocols, 5S standards, and visual management systems to maintain consistent workflows.
• Work directly alongside parts associates to manage order lifecycles from initiation to completion.
• Provide regular performance evaluations and coaching to develop staff skills and maintain accountability.
• Build a collaborative environment that focuses on operational efficiency and professional growth.
• Track performance metrics and implement process changes to improve fixed operations results.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of management experience within automotive or lean manufacturing settings.
• Valid driver license with a clean driving record.
• Demonstrated history of mentoring staff and achieving organizational targets.
• Capacity to operate in a high-speed production environment, including exposure to varied outdoor temperatures.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to drive results through team collaboration and data-driven decision making.
