Lot Attendant - Avon Lake

About the role

This position helps keep the dealership's vehicle inventory organized and ready for customers or service. You will manage the movement of cars, maintain the lot's appearance, and prepare vehicles. This role supports both sales and service operations.

What you'll do

• Safely move and arrange vehicles throughout the lot and premises to ensure good space and access.
• Keep the vehicle lot, showroom, and service drive clean, tidy, and professional looking.
• Help with checking in new vehicles, performing basic visual damage checks, and reporting any problems to managers.
• Drive customers to and from the dealership, pick up parts, or assist other departments as directed by leadership.

Requirements

• Excellent organizational and record-keeping abilities.
• Capable of handling multiple tasks and setting priorities in a busy work setting.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.
• Must possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving history.
• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Able to stand and sit frequently for different durations.
• Able to lift up to 40 pounds sometimes.
