Inside Transportation Specialist

About the role

This position focuses on managing vehicle logistics and ensuring that transport orders move efficiently through our network. You will act as a central point of contact for ADESA auction sites and clients to maintain high service standards.

Key facts

What you'll do

• Manage the dispatching of transport orders based on site and client specifications
• Process and pull orders for major accounts such as FCA and Chase
• Enter order data into the system, ensuring location details and rates are correct
• Assign accounts and customers to the appropriate transport workflows
• Verify data accuracy before dispatching to avoid operational errors
• Report system issues or data discrepancies to Team Leads or Senior Specialists
• Support general inbox management tasks

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED
• Ability to work on-site in Tempe 5 days a week
• Proficiency in English
• Strong critical thinking and technical aptitude
• Must pass a background check

Nice to have

• Associate degree
• Prior experience in transportation or logistics

Practical notes

• Pay starts at $21/hr for Specialist I, $23.50/hr for Specialist II, and $26.50/hr for Senior Specialist
