Detailer - Avon Lake

About the role

Carvana is hiring a detailer to maintain the visual quality of our vehicle inventory in Avon Lake. You will be responsible for the deep cleaning and cosmetic restoration of cars to ensure they meet our internal standards before they reach customers.

Key facts

What you'll do

• Wash, buff, polish, and wax vehicle exteriors to improve finish and remove flaws.
• Vacuum interiors, shampoo upholstery, clean leather, and sanitize all surfaces including dashboards and windows.
• Inspect finished vehicles to verify they meet presentation requirements.
• Apply tire shine, protective films, and coatings.
• Keep tools, supplies, and the workspace organized and safe.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Hold a valid driver license with a clean driving record.
• Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds.
• Capability to stand or sit for extended periods.
• Availability to work weekends or overtime when needed for specific events.
• Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking abilities.
