About the role
You will serve as the primary point of contact for customers visiting our car Vending Machine location. This role focuses on delivering a positive pickup experience while managing administrative tasks and ensuring the site operates smoothly.
Key facts
What you'll do
- Host customers at the Vending Machine site to facilitate vehicle pickups.
- Manage vehicle documentation and update internal tracking systems with detailed notes.
- Resolve minor technical issues and answer customer inquiries regarding the vending process.
- Perform vehicle detailing and load or unload inventory into the Vending Machine.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, including both indoor and outdoor areas.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role.
- Must be at least 21 years of age with a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50lbs.
- Capability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks like kneeling, squatting, or climbing for 8+ hours.
- Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English.
- Must obtain a Notary commission in your local jurisdiction within 90 days of hire.
- Must be able to satisfy state requirements for accessing DMV, title, and registration systems.

Practical notes
- Starting pay is $22/hr, with a performance-based increase to $22.50/hr at 3 months and $23/hr at 6 months.
- The Careers Not Jobs program offers merit increases of $0.50 every 90 days, with a potential to reach $24/hr within the first year.
