About the role
You will oversee the quality control process for vehicle detailing at our ADESA facility to ensure every car meets our standards on the first attempt. This role involves managing detailers, providing hands-on training, and maintaining efficient shop operations in a fast-paced environment.

What you'll do
- Inspect completed detail work and provide constructive feedback to team members when standards are not met.
- Assign tasks to detailers based on their individual strengths to maximize shop productivity.
- Train staff on standard operating procedures and proper detailing techniques.
- Assist with detailing tasks and final inspections as needed.
- Photograph and stage vehicles for inventory records.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace.
- Log vehicle data into computer systems upon inspection completion.
- Run inventory reports and notify management of equipment maintenance needs.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Hold a valid driver license and maintain the ability to safely operate various vehicle makes, models, and sizes.
- Proficiency with computer systems and software applications.
- Ability to perform light to medium physical work, including constant standing, walking, and frequent bending or lifting.
- Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
- Ability to work in environments with varying temperatures, noise levels, and exposure to dust or fumes.

- High School diploma or GED.
- Prior experience in auto detailing.
