What you'll do

• Manage the full lifecycle of regulatory complaints from initial intake to final resolution.
• Collaborate with in-house counsel to determine response strategies and handle escalations.
• Partner with internal business units to retrieve and evaluate records relevant to specific complaints.
• Use AI and automation software to draft initial responses, then refine these documents for accuracy and tone.
• Write rebuttals and detailed responses for regulatory bodies.
• Track all matter progress, deadlines, and outcomes within internal systems.
• Identify recurring process issues that lead to complaints and suggest improvements to prevent future occurrences.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree from an accredited institution is preferred.
• Proven experience in a position requiring complex analysis.
• Ability to maintain precise records and manage multiple tasks with high attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work on-site in Tempe, AZ, Monday through Friday.
• Must be fluent in English.
