About the role
Cartesia is building the future of real-time audio intelligence. We are seeking a results-oriented GTM Strategist to help us connect with key companies globally. This role involves owning strategic outreach to a select group of high-value targets.
Key facts
What you'll do
- Lead outbound efforts to a specific list of enterprise clients by researching organizations, identifying key contacts, and conducting multi-stage outreach beyond basic emails.
- Develop account strategies that demonstrate a deep understanding of each target's business model, priorities, and how Cartesia can provide value.
- Explore multiple entry points into each account, coordinating outreach across different departments and seniority levels to generate genuine interest.
- Engage decision-makers through inventive, persistent, and highly customized communication.
- Transition accounts to Account Executives with comprehensive context, clearly defined challenges, and established next steps.
- Share market insights with GTM leadership, including field observations, areas of strong interest, and emerging opportunities.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in a BDR or GTM position with a focus on outbound prospecting and pipeline creation, or comparable experience in venture capital, investment banking, or similar fields involving deal sourcing and executive interactions.
- A history of exceeding outbound activity and pipeline goals.
- Proven ability to research and form a strong opinion on a company from an external perspective.
- Strong drive and a proactive approach, always finding solutions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of crafting compelling outreach.
- High personal accountability and the ability to manage complex tasks with attention to detail.
- Bachelor's degree from a top-tier university with strong academic performance in a demanding field.
Nice to have
- Experience independently building target lists, running outreach campaigns, and tracking pipeline.
- Practical experience with outbound tools like Apollo, Clay, or Outreach.
- Familiarity with enterprise software, developer tools, or the AI industry.
