About the role
Caribou is seeking experienced individuals to assist customers with refinancing their auto loans. This position involves guiding clients through the loan process and offering supplementary financial products.

What you'll do
- Advise customers on auto loan refinancing options and related protection services.
- Explain loan terms and aftermarket product details clearly to clients.
- Meet targets for product sales attachments.
- Manage a portfolio of potential clients and achieve conversion goals.

- Process loan applications accurately for funding.

Requirements
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in auto loan refinancing, with a proven track record as a loan officer.
- Experience managing a high volume of client interactions and a substantial pipeline.
- Strong customer service abilities and skill in building rapport quickly.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening capabilities.
- Ability to process information rapidly and apply it during customer conversations.
- Aptitude for learning new software and technology platforms.
- Effective time management skills.

Practical notes
- Compensation: Base salary of $50,000, with a monthly commission structure. Average first-year earnings are projected at $90,000, with uncapped commission potential.
- Training: 16 weeks of paid training and onboarding. Eligibility for sales commission begins in the first full month of employment.
