About the role

Eucalyptus is seeking a writer to join the Juniper Australia product growth team. You will focus on conversion, retention, and cross-sell initiatives to improve patient outcomes. This role involves creating clear, persuasive content across the entire patient journey.

What you'll do

• Develop sales and commercial skills through persuasive copywriting.
• Produce content for patient touchpoints including web pages, onboarding flows, and retention campaigns.
• Simplify complex medical information into accessible, trustworthy messaging.
• Identify and fill gaps in the patient narrative by sourcing testimonials, research data, or expert insights.
• Maintain consistent brand voice and narrative across all formats.
• Collaborate with design, lifecycle, product, and growth teams to optimize copy performance.
• Use AI tools to improve workflow efficiency while maintaining high quality and compliance standards.

Requirements

• Strong writing ability with a focus on craft and persuasion.
• Capacity to present and explain creative ideas based on specific briefs.
• Curiosity and a desire to learn.
• Interest in direct-to-consumer marketing, specifically conversion, retention, and cross-sell strategies.
• Ability to demonstrate previous writing samples if formal experience is limited.

Nice to have

• Academic background in Arts, Humanities, Law, or Economics.
• Professional experience in growth marketing, conversion rate optimization, or lifecycle strategy.
