About the role

Join us as the primary point of contact for our community members, fostering a supportive environment where they can share their experiences and encourage one another. You will be instrumental in building strong connections and motivating individuals on their health journeys.

What you'll do

• Oversee the daily operations of our online community, cultivating trust with members and ensuring it serves as a valuable space for connection and mutual support.
• Contribute to and propose new ideas for virtual events, question-and-answer sessions, and other activities designed to enhance community belonging.
• Review and manage user-generated content to ensure adherence to community standards, responding to posts and messages with care and promptness.
• Collaborate with various departments to address and escalate member communications, prioritizing patient safety.
• Analyze community engagement data to identify trends, assess the effectiveness of initiatives, and refine member interactions.

Requirements

• Demonstrated ability to build rapport and foster a sense of belonging among individuals.
• Strong communication abilities with a creative approach to maintaining community engagement.
• Comfortable analyzing data, extracting insights, and applying them to improve community outcomes.
• Well-organized, self-directed, and capable of effective teamwork.
• Adaptable to a dynamic work environment and adept at creative problem-solving.
• A deep commitment to providing an excellent patient experience and understanding member needs.

Nice to have

• Experience in nutrition, dietetics, or coaching.
• Background in content creation, social media management, or community management.
