Careem is seeking a Product Operations professional to manage the operational success of our advertising business. You will bridge the gap between sales, product, and operations to ensure high-quality campaign delivery and measurable client results.

What you'll do

• Manage the end-to-end execution and performance optimization of advertising campaigns to hit specific KPIs.
• Establish operational standards and troubleshoot technical issues to maintain high client satisfaction.
• Consult with clients to align their objectives with effective campaign strategies.
• Generate post-campaign reports and provide actionable insights to demonstrate return on investment.
• Track campaign performance trends and build dashboards to monitor the health of the advertising business.
• Maintain reporting systems to ensure accurate tracking of revenue growth and sales pipelines.
• Improve internal processes to increase efficiency across all ad operations functions.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of professional experience in retail media, digital marketing, or ad operations.
• Proven history of handling ad campaigns and managing client accounts.
• Advanced skills in ad platforms and analytics software.
• High proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets for data reporting and performance tuning.
• Ability to convert client goals into specific, measurable campaign strategies.
• Strong knowledge of current digital advertising and retail media market trends.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for stakeholder management.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple concurrent projects under tight deadlines.
