Careem is seeking a Senior Marketing Executive to lead the marketing efforts for the Tenants vertical within Careem Ventures. This position involves managing strategy and execution across the UAE and Jordan while working directly with regional leadership.

What you'll do

• Develop and implement marketing strategies for the Tenants vertical in the UAE and Jordan.
• Create and run go-to-market plans covering brand, performance, lifecycle, and partnership marketing.
• Boost customer acquisition and retention using digital, CRM, social, and offline channels.
• Adapt messaging to fit the specific market conditions of the UAE and Jordan.
• Coordinate with product, growth, and operations teams to support business goals.
• Oversee the marketing budget, track return on investment, and optimize spending.
• Monitor and report on growth KPIs to leadership.
• Supervise external agencies including creative, media, and PR partners.
• Analyze competitor activity and market trends to refine marketing tactics.

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of marketing experience, preferably in tech, e-commerce, or marketplaces.
• Previous experience working in the UAE or Jordan markets.
• Demonstrated success in managing marketing strategy and driving measurable growth.
• Proficiency in both brand and performance marketing across digital platforms.
• Ability to use data to inform strategy and demonstrate business impact.
• Strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
• Fluency in English.
