In this position, you will play a crucial role in enhancing how customers interact with their finances through our payment platforms. You will focus on optimizing payment experiences, ensuring they are consistent and scalable, while collaborating with various teams to identify and implement improvements that align with business objectives.

What you'll do

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess existing payment processes and pinpoint areas for enhancement.
• Drive the implementation of solutions that enhance user experience and meet customer needs across multiple product areas, including Authorizations, Settlement, and Disputes.

Requirements

• A Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a quantitative discipline such as Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field, or Business or Marketing, with an expectation of completion by the start date.
• Alternatively, a Bachelor's degree in any field along with a minimum of 3 years of experience in Product Management.

Nice to have

• Experience in translating business strategies into consumer-facing digital products.

• The salary range for this role in New York, NY is between $179,700 and $205,100 annually. This position is also eligible for performance-based incentives, which may include cash bonuses and/or long-term incentives.
