About the role

Capgemini is hiring a developer to build and deploy advanced machine learning and generative AI solutions for global clients. You will work within a professional team to integrate AI models into enterprise systems while focusing on scalability and performance.

Key facts

What you'll do

• Design and implement AI and machine learning applications using Python.
• Train and fine-tune models using PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Keras.
• Build RAG-based systems utilizing LangChain, Hugging Face, and LlamaIndex.
• Develop and optimize vector and hybrid search capabilities.
• Execute model fine-tuning through LoRA and QLoRA methods.
• Create REST APIs and integrate AI services into existing enterprise software.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, testing, and ongoing support.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Python, Machine Learning, and Deep Learning.
• Experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Keras.
• Expertise in Generative AI, LLMs, prompt engineering, and fine-tuning.
• Knowledge of Hugging Face, LangChain, and LlamaIndex.
• Experience building RAG pipelines and working with vector databases.
• Familiarity with NLP, data processing, REST APIs, Git, and Agile/Scrum.

Nice to have

• Experience with Agentic AI frameworks and AI model evaluation.
• Background in MLOps.
• Proficiency with Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, Databricks, Streamlit, FastAPI, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Previous work experience in the banking or financial services sector.

Practical notes

• Base salary range: $106,230 to $145,000.
• Compensation is determined based on factors including location, experience, and qualifications.
• Benefits include medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) retirement plans, life and disability insurance, and paid time off ranging from 12 to 25 days based on employee grade.
