We are seeking a Data Scientist to join our team, focusing on the integration of data analysis, machine learning, and business strategy. This position involves applying statistical methods and machine learning to solve real-world challenges, enabling clients to derive value from intricate datasets. You will work alongside diverse teams to create scalable, data-driven solutions.
Key facts
What you'll do
- Utilize statistical methods, clustering, and probabilistic approaches to produce actionable insights for businesses.
- Analyze structured and semi-structured datasets to uncover patterns, trends, and anomalies.
- Develop and maintain NLP workflows, including named entity recognition, entity resolution, and text classification.
- Collaborate with senior team members to create and refine machine learning models.
- Design Tableau dashboards and visualizations to effectively present insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Requirements
- 3 to 7 years of experience in data science, analytics, or applied machine learning.
- Solid understanding of statistics, probability, and fundamental machine learning techniques, including regression, classification, and clustering.
- Proficient in Python, with experience using libraries such as pandas, NumPy, and scikit-learn.
- Proven ability to create Tableau dashboards that clearly convey data insights.
- Strong collaboration skills to translate analytical results into business-relevant applications.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with graph-like or network datasets.
- Experience with ML Ops practices, including experiment tracking, model versioning, and monitoring.
- Knowledge of NLP techniques such as entity extraction or text processing.
- Experience with cloud-based data or machine learning platforms.
- Background in rapid prototyping or iterative AI solution development.
