Sales Systems Business Analyst

About the role

Canva is seeking a business analyst to join our GTM Systems team to enhance seller productivity and refine our lead-to-opportunity processes. You will collaborate across departments to translate business needs into technical requirements while utilizing AI to streamline workflows and reduce manual tasks.

Key facts

What you'll do

• Deliver features for the Lead to Opportunity pillar to improve seller efficiency.
• Translate business requirements from Sales Ops, Customer Success, Partner Ops, and Finance into user stories.
• Identify and eliminate friction points in existing workflows.
• Implement AI solutions to automate processes and accelerate development.
• Configure Salesforce objects, including Accounts and Opportunities, alongside senior admins and developers.
• Develop and maintain complex automations and Flows.
• Enforce data quality standards and platform governance.
• Manage test cases and lead user acceptance testing.
• Provide ongoing system support and act as a primary point of contact for Salesforce inquiries.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of hands-on Salesforce administration experience.
• Required certifications: Salesforce Certified Administrator plus either Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator or Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder.
• Proficiency in Sales Cloud, including building Flows, validation rules, and reports.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and development team collaboration.
• Proven ability to manage M&A data migrations into CRM systems.
• Familiarity with process mapping and writing user stories.
• Ability to use AI tools for generating code, building agents, and drafting requirements.

Nice to have

• Experience with CI/CD tools such as Gearset or Copado.
• Familiarity with Salesloft, ZoomInfo, Gong, Workato, Clay, and Customer Success platforms.
