This position focuses on gathering and interpreting employee feedback to influence company culture and operational improvements. You will manage the full lifecycle of listening programs, transforming data into actionable strategies that support the global workforce.

What you'll do

• Manage the end-to-end execution of employee surveys, including the People Pulse, from design and launch to reporting.
• Oversee specific listening processes during the migration to a new platform.
• Identify and track critical actions resulting from feedback to ensure meaningful follow-through.
• Analyze qualitative and quantitative data by combining sentiment scores with business metrics.
• Develop clear narratives based on data findings for internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with various departments to implement cultural changes based on insights.
• Work with the People Technology team to refine and scale listening tools.
• Use AI to accelerate the synthesis and analysis of feedback.

Requirements

• Professional background in employee listening, people experience insights, or a related field.
• Ability to manage and configure listening platforms.
• Proficiency in using AI to improve the depth and speed of data analysis.
• Capability to translate complex data into compelling stories for diverse stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills with experience handling both qualitative and quantitative datasets.
• Understanding of organizational psychology or development.
• Capacity to balance high-level strategy with operational execution.
• Strong judgment to prioritize feedback in a fast-moving environment.

Practical notes

This role is based in Sydney and requires local residency. While the company operates on a hybrid model, you will be expected to attend the Sydney campus for in-person collaboration.
