About the role

Join the Global Implementation team as a foundational member to guide enterprise and strategic clients through their first 45 days with Canva. You will act as a product expert and advisor to ensure organizations successfully adopt our platform through tailored training and configuration.

Key facts

What you'll do

• Master the Canva platform within 30 days to serve as the primary technical resource for enterprise clients.
• Manage complex onboarding tasks including domain verification, SCIM provisioning, and SSO/SAML configuration.
• Design and execute customized rollout plans that align with specific client business structures and objectives.
• Monitor client timelines to ensure product engagement meets established activation targets.
• Refine implementation workflows and best practices for Enhanced and Premier service motions.
• Partner with Product and Customer Education teams to enhance Help Center resources and overall user experience.

Requirements

• 3 to 5+ years of experience implementing enterprise software or SaaS solutions for large, multi-region organizations.
• Technical proficiency or rapid learning capability regarding admin/API configuration, SSO/SAML, and SCIM.
• Ability to manage multi-phase projects involving executive stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Experience managing primary coverage for NAMER with the flexibility to support EMEA time zones.
• Strong organizational skills to prioritize multiple concurrent initiatives.

Nice to have

• Experience in a consultative role managing strategic rollouts for diverse business units.
