Community & Partnership Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a dedicated professional to manage and grow our community programs across Vietnam. You will handle event logistics and partner relations to support our expansion in this region.

Key facts

What you'll do

• Organize and execute events throughout Vietnam, ranging from intimate meetups to large workshops.
• Oversee daily operations for the Canva Creators program, Canva Academy for SMEs, and Canva Education.
• Expand our community base by sourcing new members, managing their onboarding, and maintaining high engagement levels.
• Establish and maintain connections with local educators, creators, business owners, and strategic partners.
• Monitor metrics related to community health, including member acquisition, event participation, and user feedback.

Requirements

• Ability to travel throughout Vietnam on a regular basis.
• Proficiency in both Vietnamese and English.
• Proven capability to manage projects independently from initial concept to final delivery.
• Deep familiarity with the Canva platform and a strong belief in its value.
• Experience in planning and managing detailed event logistics.
