About the role
Calendly is seeking a leader to drive the evolution of our scheduling platform as we integrate artificial intelligence into our core offerings. You will manage the lifecycle of new product initiatives, ensuring our software remains a primary tool for millions of global users.
Key facts
What you'll do
- Develop and execute the strategic roadmap for new AI-driven product initiatives.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and research teams to prioritize and build features.
- Coordinate with go-to-market teams including marketing, sales, finance, and customer success to manage product launches.
- Increase user adoption, engagement, and retention through new product capabilities.
- Define and track OKRs and performance metrics to guide product strategy.
Requirements
- 8-10 years of product management experience across both startup and scaled corporate environments.
- Proven track record building 0-to-1 SaaS products and scaling them in product-led growth models.
- Expertise in building and monetizing team-based productivity software for B2B or B2C markets.
- Strong UX design sense with a focus on creating intuitive user experiences.
- Ability to work from the San Francisco office 2 days per week.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship.
Nice to have
- Experience as a founder of a SaaS company.
- Practical background applying AI or machine learning to improve user experiences.
