Cagents is looking for a detail-oriented professional to join our team in Milano. You will play a critical role in managing production documentation and facilitating the transition to digital systems within a high-stakes pharmaceutical environment.

What you'll do

• Draft, review, and maintain Master Batch Records.
• Assist with the migration from paper-based systems to Electronic Batch Records.
• Oversee the issuance and tracking of Change Controls while collaborating with production, engineering, and validation departments.
• Ensure all documentation remains in full compliance with GMP standards.

Requirements

• 2 to 3 years of professional experience within a GMP pharmaceutical setting.
• Proven background in production documentation management or Change Control processes.
• Strong understanding of GMP regulations.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.

Practical notes
