Cagents is seeking a dedicated professional to oversee complex multidisciplinary initiatives within the pharmaceutical sector. You will act as the primary link between various technical departments to ensure projects meet strict operational standards.

What you'll do

• Manage and coordinate multifaceted projects across pharmaceutical environments.
• Facilitate collaboration between Production, Quality Assurance, Quality Control, Engineering, Validation, and Automation teams.
• Oversee project timelines, track key milestones, and resolve operational bottlenecks.
• Maintain clear communication channels with both internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• STEM university degree.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in a project management role within the pharmaceutical industry.
• Comprehensive knowledge of GMP regulations.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Strong organizational, coordination, and interpersonal communication skills.

Nice to have

• PMP certification.
• Practical experience with Automatic Visual Inspection Systems.
