Entry Level Validation Engineer at Cagents.
About the role
Cagents is seeking a junior professional to support validation activities within highly regulated environments. You will assist in maintaining operational readiness by drafting technical documentation and performing field verification tasks for our clients.
Key facts
What you'll do
- Create documentation for Commissioning, Qualification, and Validation (CQV) projects.
- Author and carry out field verification protocols.
- Produce final summary reports at client locations.
- Organize and manage project tasks.
- Lead small groups during the development or execution of documentation.
Requirements
- 0 to 2 years of professional work experience in any industry.
- Ability to work on-site at pharmaceutical facilities, utilities, and equipment installations.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical details to various stakeholders.
- Capability to manage time, identify risks, and coordinate resources effectively.
Nice to have
- Bachelor degree in an engineering or science discipline.
- Knowledge of ISPE Baseline Guide 5 (Second Edition).
- Background in facility and equipment startup.
- Experience with walk-downs, troubleshooting, and building automation.
- Familiarity with utilities such as WFI, RO, or HVAC.
- Exposure to pharmaceutical manufacturing, including upstream and downstream processing, purification, and recovery.
Skills & tools
- Technical writing for regulatory compliance.
- Field verification and protocol execution.
- Project coordination and small team leadership.
