Web Designer

About the role

Cabify is hiring a Web Designer to help shape how people experience mobility through the company's digital presence. This position blends visual design with hands-on implementation, taking projects from initial concept through to finished code. You will work across multiple brand websites and collaborate with various teams to improve how users discover and engage with Cabify's services.

Key facts

What you'll do

• Design and build product acquisition and awareness pages for cabify.com and other brand sites across all operating countries
• Improve and maintain corporate, PR, legal, and campaign sections of the websites
• Participate in design reviews and critique sessions, providing constructive input to teammates
• Spot opportunities to raise visual and interaction standards across all web properties
• Develop and refine patterns, components, and guidelines within the Web Design System
• Investigate new tools and processes, including AI-assisted workflows
• Share learnings and techniques with the broader design team

Requirements

• Strong visual and interaction design abilities focused on intuitive, engaging web experiences
• Solid end-to-end design process, from understanding the problem through to final implementation
• Working knowledge of HTML and CSS sufficient to own implementation
• Ability to craft experiences that connect emotionally with users and influence behavior
• User-centered approach informed by data, with awareness of business goals
• Clear communication skills in both English and Spanish
• Ability to bridge technical and non-technical disciplines when explaining design decisions
• Openness to feedback and willingness to think critically about your own work
