Senior Product Designer

About the role

You will design mobility solutions that improve how people navigate cities. Working within the Technology department, you will collaborate with engineers, data scientists, and researchers to build intuitive experiences for our riders, drivers, and business clients.

Key facts

What you'll do

• Define and design user flows for core products including payments, bookings, and support.
• Partner with technical teams to implement scalable solutions that impact business metrics.
• Identify friction points in the user journey and develop improvements to increase conversion.
• Contribute to the evolution of our design system components and patterns.
• Participate in team rituals like design critiques, monthly meetings, and quarterly design days.
• Validate design decisions using research insights and data analysis.

Requirements

• Proficiency in both English and Spanish for clear communication across technical and non-technical teams.
• Ability to balance immediate project needs with long-term experience strategy.
• Strong interaction design skills focused on intuitive user interfaces.
• Experience creating visual designs that influence user behavior and brand connection.
• A research-oriented mindset to support evidence-based decision making.
• Ability to produce clear documentation and design deliverables for cross-functional alignment.
• A humble, collaborative approach to receiving feedback and iterating on work.
