About the role

Cabify is looking for an analytical professional to manage marketplace operations and pricing strategy. You will bridge the gap between business requirements and technical execution to optimize transport solutions for both passengers and drivers.

What you'll do

• Identify and execute strategies to maximize marketplace value for drivers and passengers.
• Ensure all marketplace optimizations align with company-wide strategic goals.
• Conduct agile and precise data analysis to uncover operational improvements.
• Translate findings into actionable plans for various stakeholders to ensure successful implementation.
• Refine existing configurations and internal processes.
• Assess stakeholder needs to develop and deliver appropriate solutions.

Requirements

• Proven experience or strong interest in technology-driven environments.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience working within cross-functional, collaborative teams.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to connect technical work to financial results.
• Structured, detail-oriented, and proactive analytical mindset.
• Proficiency with data visualization tools, specifically Tableau.

Nice to have

• Experience with data manipulation or statistical tools such as Python or R.
• Familiarity with AI tools.
• English proficiency at a B2 level.
